Delteco had an outdated local backup system. It lacked the capacity to raise machines from the backup, which made it difficult to recover the company’s operations in the event of a contingency, as well as security problems and a high probability of data loss. All this could generate unnecessary risks and disruptions that had an impact on the normal development of the business activity.
To mitigate these risks, a project was proposed that included a migration to the cloud with securitization of the perimeter environment, as well as an increase in disaster recovery capacity.
