Development

Specific copy devices were deployed at each of the company’s remote sites, sized to match the production infrastructure at each location. This allows Elecnor to make immutable local copies with the additional capability of lifting machines directly from the backup in the event of a contingency. Each site has an immutable copy stored in Bullhost’s bunkurized Cloud, which allows immediate recovery of machines from the cloud backup.

With Bullhost’s backup and replication service we have found a comprehensive solution to protect our data in a geographically dispersed environment, with multiple offices and data servers throughout the peninsula and some abroad. In many of these offices we did not have specialized technical staff to perform backups, which increased the risk of losing critical data in case of system failure. Thanks to Bullhost we now have proactive monitoring and centralized management to ensure the proper functioning of all backup devices and copy replicas. We can even bring up machines from within the backup environment, giving us peace of mind that our data will always be safe and secure.
